The guest list tab is very detailed without being hard to use. We track invites, replies, meal choices and thank-you notes there.

I imported it into Google Sheets and it worked great. Nice not having to build formulas or worry about breaking anything.

The catering tab is unexpectedly useful. Seeing the headcount update from RSVPs makes menu planning much easier.

Simple enough to start using immediately but much more connected than the wedding templates I found for free.

I especially like the next-five-to-dos section. Wedding planning is a giant list and this keeps me focused on what actually matters now.

Our venue, names and date flow through the workbook after entering them once. Tiny detail but it makes the whole thing feel polished.

The day-of tab has become my master sheet for timeline, songs and photo requests. I sent a copy to my maid of honor too.

I thought I'd only use the budget and guest list but I'm using almost every tab now.

The RSVP numbers updating catering automatically is my favorite feature. It feels like a proper system instead of nine separate sheets.

I like that the honeymoon has its own budget. We kept accidentally mixing those costs into the wedding total before.

Clean, pretty, but still practical. I didn't want a wedding planner that was 90% decoration.

This is the first wedding spreadsheet I've used where I don't feel like I need another spreadsheet beside it.

I opened it in Excel and was planning within about 15 minutes. Sample entries made it obvious what goes where.

The checklist progress is weirdly satisfying. Every little tick makes me feel like we're getting somewhere.

It's a solid wedding spreadsheet, but I had to customize more of it than expected because our wedding is very non-traditional. The connected budget and RSVP features are still useful.
