Who is responsible

For anything on this page, or to exercise any right below, use the contact form.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for occasional notes about new printables. Nothing else is required to subscribe.
• Order details when you buy — what you bought, the amount, and the email the download was sent to. Shopify handles this and stores the transaction.
• Advertising and analytics data, but only if you accepted the cookie banner. If you declined, none is collected and the script is never loaded.

There are no accounts on this site, so there is no profile, no password and no browsing history tied to a person by us.

Why we are allowed to

• To complete your order — necessary to perform the contract you entered when you bought a file.
• To email you about new printables — your consent, given when you subscribed, withdrawable at any time.
• To measure advertising — your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable as described below.
• To keep records of sales — a legal obligation under tax and accounting rules, which is why order records outlive a deletion request.

Who else processes it

• Shopify — orders, payments, file delivery and the customer list. Card details go to Shopify and its payment providers and never touch this site.
• Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
• Meta — the advertising pixel, and only with your consent. If you accepted, Meta receives that you visited, which pages, and which products you added to a basket, and may use it to show you ads.

We do not sell your data. We do share it with Meta for advertising if you consented — that is what the banner asks for, and declining costs you nothing on this site.

Where it goes

These providers are US companies and your data is processed outside the EEA, under the transfer safeguards in their own terms. If that matters to you, declining the cookie banner keeps advertising data out of it entirely; order data cannot be, because Shopify runs the shop.

How long we keep it

• Email subscriptions — until you unsubscribe, then only the record needed to make sure we do not email you again.
• Orders — as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically several years, then deleted.
• Advertising data — governed by Meta's own retention periods, not ours.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason.

• Email — every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
• Advertising — clear this site's data in your browser to be asked again, and choose “No thanks”.
• Everything else — ask us through the contact form. You do not need to explain why, and we will not make it difficult.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, but that right does not depend on it.

Cookies

The only non-essential cookies here are Meta's advertising ones, and they load only after you accept. Your choice is remembered in your browser's own storage rather than in a cookie, so it is never sent anywhere.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version of this page that quietly grants us more than the one you read.
