Buying and downloads
- How do I get my files after buying?
- A download link appears on the confirmation screen immediately, and the same link is emailed to the address used at checkout. There is nothing to post and no waiting — the confirmation link works straight away, so you do not need to wait for the email to arrive.
- My download email never arrived. What now?
- It is almost always in promotions or spam, or there is a typo in the checkout address. Search your mail for Dashboard Studio rather than scrolling. If neither explains it, send us the order number and we will resend the files by hand.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Files are delivered by email and from the confirmation screen, so there is nothing to log into. If you lose a file later, contact us with the order number and we will resend it.
- Can I download on a phone?
- Yes, though phones handle PDFs inconsistently. On iPhone, tap the share icon and choose Save to Files rather than opening the browser preview. If a file will not open at all, use a laptop.
The files themselves
- What paper size are the printables?
- Most printables come in both A4 and US Letter in the same download, and the sizes for each file are listed on its own product page — worth checking there if it matters for your printer. Use A4 in Europe, the UK and Australia, and US Letter in the United States and Canada. Picking the wrong one still prints but leaves uneven margins.
- What file format do I get?
- Printables are PDFs. The dashboards and trackers are spreadsheets that open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers. Every product page states which of the two it is, along with the page or tab count.
- Can I use these on a tablet instead of printing?
- Yes. The PDFs import into GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf or any app that accepts PDFs, and you can write on them with a stylus. You lose the fridge, which for some people is the main benefit of paper.
- How do I print without wasting ink?
- Set quality to draft, print in greyscale, and set scale to 100% rather than fit to page. Printing a month at a time also helps, because inkjets run an ink-consuming priming cycle at the start of every job.

- Are these designed for ADHD?
- The Busy Brain collection is built around executive function — getting started, holding a sequence in mind, and resetting after a bad week. They are planning tools rather than clinical resources, and they make no claim to affect symptoms.
- I have abandoned every planner I have tried. Will this be different?
- Possibly not, and it is worth testing before spending anything. Start with the free weekly reset page and use it for two weeks. Week one runs on novelty; the second week tells you whether the format actually fits your days.
- What age are the kids' pages for?
- Each product states its age range on the page — the routine and chore kits run from about three years old, and the school planner is aimed at ages seven to fourteen. Several use pictures rather than words for pre-readers.
Money
- Can I get a refund on a digital file?
- Yes, within 30 days, and you do not need to justify it. Most shops selling downloads refuse refunds because a file cannot be returned. We would rather carry that cost than leave someone stuck with a page they cannot use.
- Do I have to pay again for updates?
- No. If a file is revised, the updated version is sent to everyone who has already bought it, using the same email address as the original order.
